Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, speaking today at a press conference in Vancouver, says his government plans to establish a "Canadian Renter's Bill of Rights," create a legal aid fund to protect tenants, and enlist the support of banks, landlords, credit bureaus, and others to ensure that rent payments are factored into your credit score.
