Much explanation needed. Why would someone be pointing the camera at that particular spot and that particular moment?

Was this footage taken from a security camera? Were there a lot of heavy electric vehicles parked there?

Information about what may have happened would be appreciated.

Why is the orange pylon there and what about the “ ribbons” wrapped around that building?

Was this a warning not to walk close to the building ?

Obviously, they knew it was coming and were prepared for the collapse. Sort of like the entire country itself. We know it's coming except only a few of us are prepared. The vast majority of Canadians are merrily skipping around booing national anthems, cursing Trump and handing out fentanyl like candy.

These structures are typically designed and built with high tension steel cable that runs through the contrete slabs. They are notorious for corrosion issues, especially in areas that use salt for ice melt.

Also, depending on the age of the building, if this structure was built in the 70s the odds are it was constructed out of subpar concrete. There was a lot of fuckery for cost savings with mix designs during the 70-80s decade.
