WHEN ALL THIS PLANDEMIC STARTED, I was told that I was an essential service and did not have to be under lockdown as many non essentials were. Part of my job was to service IT support to all Hospitals in Southern Ontario. The media said that they hospitals were so full of covid people that they had to put patients out in the halls, and many were dying left and right. After going to the first dozen or so hospitals, I was puzzled that they were mostly empty ! I even had a difficult time finding the appropriate staff. It wasn't until the jabs came out that the hospitals started filling up. It didn't make sense. I also noticed that the cemeteries (also my customers) were very busy after the respirators became the protocol to treat patients, that came in for covid. The nightmare was that no one would believe me and label me as a conspiracy theorist and giving misinformation. About a month after to jab rollout, the TO media had an alarming broadcast that the Hospitals in Florida with were busting at the seams with unvaxed patients taking all the beds in the Florida Hospitals. My cousin Donna is a supplier of medical consumables (gloves, cotton swabs etc.) in Florida for most Hospitals. I called her up because of concern or her safety. She responded with a laugh, stating that no such thing is happening.

Empty Hospital Syndrome was reported all across North America by people who worked there and had first hand knowledge.

Part of the problem (overreaction) to the 'pandemic' was all the media attention on China's initial reaction, which at first glance suggested a deadly pathogen running completely out of control. I think there's a better explanation for that though. They believed they were under attack and took the kind of measures you would if attacked with biological agents. I also don't blame China for the 'lab leak' which I think was just a cover story to hide the fact that they actually were under attack, as was Iran at the time.

If you look at the historic pattern of emergent diseases in China, both plant, animal and human, then compare that to other nations with similar conditions - proximity to livestock, poor sanitation, inadequate health care and lack of public education on prevention, you have to ask yourself, why is it always China? When was the last time a novel pathogen emerged in Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar...etc.? Why is it always China?

Must be a new thing. I was in China in 1988 and nobody tried to kill me, in fact everyone was quite friendly. Makes sense though. Successful businessmen always try to kill their customers, right?

It is a communist thing. The Soviets caused problems in the US by training and funding the Black Panthers. Now the CCP are funding and training BLM. It is a divide-and-conquer strategy. Any competitor to communism is better, so they must destroy all competition to stay in power.

I think you have to ask yourself who is promoting the idea that China is a threat? Seems to me it's the same people who pushed the pandemic measures and the 'vaccines.' China may have been the source of the virus, or they may have been set up. Remember, the Wuhan lab was a US/China joint venture, so anything is possible.

As for the threat of communism in general, I was told that as a child and believed it like everyone else of my generation, but how has that actually worked out? Back then you had the USSR, East Germany, Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Albania, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, North Korea, Cuba and a handful of African nations. Where are they now? Only China, Vietnam, Laos, North Korea and Cuba remain, and only China and Vietnam are doing well because they got rid of collectivism and adopted many western economic practices, such as private property and private businesses.

I would also ask who has China invaded compared to the USA and NATO? The USA has a long history of invading other nations going back to the 19th Century. More recently, Korea, Vietnam, Granada, Iraq, Afghanistan, Serbia, Libya, Syria as well as supporting insurgencies in a half-dozen or more countries, including former republics of the USSR and even inside Russia itself (Chechnya).

On balance, I'd say the US is more of threat to world peace than China whose record so far is annexing Tibet plus two border skirmishes, one with the USSR and another with Vietnam, both of which they lost.

Today we're constantly being told of the threat to Taiwan, but that seems unlikely to me. The two economies are both so integrated now, and the people share a common culture, so it seems inevitable that they will eventually merge peacefully, as with Hong Kong and Macau.

But why is it any of our concern what happens in China? It's their country, so I would think it's up to them, not us, what form of government they have. If the people are unhappy with that they'll eventually change it, like with the other former communist countries including the big one itself, the USSR. The idea that the West, meaning the USA and NATO should be acting as the world's policeman is an outdated concept if it ever made sense at all. We can't really afford it anyway, and who benefits from it? Not the ordinary guy who has to fight those wars, just big international banks and multinational corporations. There's your actual enemy IMO. Not communism, but international monopoly capitalism. The legacy of the old British imperial system which the US inherited after WWII.

You are an eyewitness to the truth. Covid was a fantasy to push the jab. The jab was the point of it all. Democide is the agenda.

I would've written the Charter challenge myself. Thankfully it's being handled. JCCF is actually good at this one, very specific thing. He should win with the panel unanimously handing the AG their asses to them.

Fighting Academic Censorship in the Era of the Great Reset

In my field, academic free speech is crucial. The advocates of the Great Reset have silenced nearly everyone and everything in academia. In my country (Chinada!), there isn't much I can do except sue my college and inform others about the censorship in higher education. [https://unbekoming.substack.com/p/heresy?]

They lied about a lot more!

There is no new disease, everything is a fraud!

No evidence outside of a lab created model exists!

No records found and all requests through FOI failed to provide evidence.

This has led researchers on an independent mission to expose the Virology fraud and they have succeeded.

"Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates"

This seems like an effective approach, at least at the local level which is where actual democratic governance resides. I can't see it working too well in the big cities, they are fully captured at this point, but at the town and village level it definitely has a chance.

In the American model I would also include local law enforcement, since many Sheriffs are elected and answer to the local community. We've seen this already in some places where local sheriffs refused to carry out illegal orders. We've also seen a few conferences of sheriffs address this issue, so the combination of the two - local courts and local law enforcement, seems like a valid approach.

Local can be very effective. Federally, the perps are too far from the repercussions of their actions. But locally, they may meet you at the grocery store, coffee shop or wherever. It is more real in a cause-and-consequence relationship.

"His Majesty the King in Right of Ontario"

There's the problem right there. The notion that a British monarch (or anyone claiming royal title for that matter) has authority over the sovereign people of Canada is absurd on its face.

Notwithstanding (they love that kind of language) the historic facts of Canada's origins and subsequent highly questionable legal constructs, we are a sovereign people and answer to no one but our own duly elected representatives, and even then, only if they represent the will of the people who elected them and not the private interests that fund their campaigns and frequent junkets.

Kings and Queens in the 21st Century? What a ridiculous anachronism.

The Charter is not helpful to anyone. It is a shiny thing people look to for protection and are surprised when it does not help. The British North America Act already has a Bill of Rights. The Charter was a distraction to fool people brought by Trudeau senior when he was sovietising fake Canada.
