Toronto — In a recent ruling, Arbitrator John Stout partially upheld grievances filed by the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) against the William Osler Health System concerning the termination and suspension of healthcare employees who refused to comply with the hospital’s COVID-19 vaccination policy.
Lovers of medical freedom will take the scraps. Your work can fire you for being correct about the dangers of the deadly injections, but they must pay termination and severance pay.
Let’s see if the world wakes up to the genocide of the covid-19 injections. The actuaries have redefined excess death, but anyone can see that 2021-2023 is far worse than 2020.
Very glad to read this! I was forced to resign from my healthcare position but I got severance. Bumped into some former clients recently who told me the program hasn’t been the same since I left… it’s a shame how experienced, ethical and caring employees were tossed away like garbage, essentially. Really revealing as to the motivations of institutions. The smiling posters, the inspirational quotes… all for show. If they really cared about their patients and public safety/health things would have been drastically different. Early treatment would have been THE priority. Teaching people to keep their immune systems strong, focus on healthy gut biome, exercise and sunshine, nasal sprays, vaccines properly safety tested and optional with true informed consent… all these things would have been implemented first and foremost.
Brutal, once again a half-assed win. The arbitrator said the employer was justified in demanding they take the vaccine. But they found another loophole to give the terminated healthcare workers a victory. He can’t just rule that the hospital was wrong for doing that. He had to give them a win as well.
I will be the happiest, when these folks are totally compensated for their treatment by the unconcerning gaggle of folks, who decided their fate in an all too orchestrated event, that led to the losses of their jobs & pride in such a caring and giving workplace!!!
And it's a very short document especially for such an important issue. See paragraph 8:
"[8] I acknowledge the awards of other arbitrators that find termination for
refusing to be vaccinated is unjust or unjust in certain circumstances. In the unique circumstance of this matter, I do not find these awards to be persuasive."
In other words, other courts have awarded damages and said these terminations and such were/are unjust, but I don't think so...
A point I shared a long while back (my social media page) was a strategy I heard about asking for the company's insurance policy - and if there is liability for people getting sick from convid or anything. If not, then the company is making and enforcing it's own medical decisions and in effect practicing medicine without a license.
Make sure the charges are paid by the people who screwed up ...not charges to the tax payers

Not good enough.

Small consolation. The big consolation is they’ve already walked away with their lives intact.
Sadly , the ones who will need compensation are the ones who took it .
Covid - total mishandle!!

This is a pretty bad decision.

The system will need to be dragged into doing the right thing. Literally.
