Now we're getting somewhere. But it's a very small victory when you consider that there never was a pandemic. Some of us knew it then and now it's clear. Thanks to Professor Denis Rancourt and his team of PhDs who've published thousands of pages of research and analysis that leave no doubt that there was no pandemic. Neither was there a disease called COVID, unless you mean the flu, which, strangely, completely disappeared while COVID-19 flourished. Get real!

Let’s see the affidavit of Professor of Law Francis Boyle introduced into evidence: https://www.globalresearch.ca/law-professor-covid-19-mrna-biological-weapons-weapons-mass-destruction/5859547

And perhaps Dr David Martin’s 2023 presentation to the EU Parliament: https://rumble.com/v2ncp8w-dr-david-e.-martin-phd-covid-summit-european-union-parliament-may-2023.html

Stephen, I could find another thousand such references proclaiming to have proved the existence of the covid virus. None of them ever show where and when the virus was isolated, sequenced, and shown to be transmissible. Look at the method section to judge the validity of the science. Moreover, it's the Fan Wu paper (total rubbish) from January 2020 that was claimed to be the proof and was the source of all further restrictions and tests. It was bunk. I don't listen to claims from people like Martin who won't show and defend the science.

Yes, indeed. Professor Boyle declared in that affidavit that COVID-19 injections were bioweapons. Not that there was a virus. But that the vaccines were bioweapons. Do you see that? Also, Martin's statement to the EU Parliament was very confused. In it, he made the claim that coronavirus was isolated as a pathogen in 1965. He gave no evidence. He cited no paper for that. A lot of people at the time were astounded because they took him at his word. But no coronavirus was isolated or sequenced then. I know he claims that he's citing good science, but he wasn't. You can't just proclaim something, you need to show the science and that science has to be repeatable and follow the scientific method. He's a charlatan.

1965 appears to be a legit claim: https://www.bmj.com/content/369/bmj.m1547

I am of the view that the COVID-19 pandemic was a deliberately contrived event intended to justify the deployment of what really was a Malthusian ‘vaccine’ bioweapon depopulation program. Francis Boyle’s recent death—not much discussion about this—means that he can’t testify in support of his affidavit, alas.

Hello Stephen, I remembered where I read about that BMJ claim. Mike Stone analyzed the paper in detail. And he shows how really anti-scientific the claim is. It's why I was being so critical of Martin, who really is too smart to not have read the Tyrell paper and seen its glaring faults. No, there was no isolation of a coronavirus in 1965. https://viroliegy.com/2021/12/02/d-a-tyrrells-coronavirus-discovery-paper-1965/

I believe that many flu cases were misdiagnosed, but there's no case at all for "it was just the flu" or for non-existence of the virus. It has been isolated and sequenced, despite specious arguments from people like Sam Bailey. I believe these ideas have been spread as part of a disinformation campaign.

Puzzle it out. If there was no Covid virus, that means there was no clandestine GOF research done by the US govt. as part of a bio-weapons program How convenient.

Also, by promoting the more extreme views, such as 'viruses don't exist' the disinformation campaign creates a 'guilt by association' condition in the public mind, which tends to discredit the more rational clinicians and investigators.

It's the same method as demonizing the Right by lumping us all in with White Supremacists or Neo-Nazis. You can see this clearly in Germany where that exact approach is being used against the AFD party.

I think that the CoVid virus did likely exist, but that it was over counted and basically everything that was not CoVid was still counted as CoVid - hence the “disappearance “ of other regular colds and flus at the time. The PCR test was irregularly used to create a lot of false positives as well.

I remember very well, when we were being told to not gather, there was a Muslim family killed at a crosswalk and a huge “vigil” was allowed to take place for that. It also turned into a huge political grandstand which seemed to sow division and hate and actually sidelined the memories of the people who died. When that happened, it struck me that there was much more to the agenda behind restrictions in gathering than stopping a virus from spreading. Why would what turned out to be a quasi political rally be “safe” yet a funeral or a protest rally be “unsafe”? I have my opinion on that and wonder what others think?

Hospital cases were definitely overstated, in fact there were financial incentives in the USA to do exactly that. Were there fewer cases in total than what was reported? Hard to say. Both my wife and I had weird symptoms that partly resembled the flu, but had the added feature of serious vertigo, which I've never experienced with the flu. We didn't seek outside help (so not tested) but treated it successfully with IVM which we purchased from India as it was already banned in Canada and the USA. So the question is, given that it was a mild infection in most people, how many cases went unreported?

I would argue that the number of cases was seriously undercounted, which would move the IFR (infection fatality rate) much lower than it already was, thus negating the argument for a high death rate, much of which was attributable to ventilation and treatment with Remdesivir.

Neither ebear or Sunlover are basing their arguments on science (logic). It's all speculation based on assumptions based on assumptions. Was there a SARS-CoV-2? (You don't need to argue that viruses do or don't exist. You need to ask for the evidence that SARS-CoV-2 exists.) Have you read the Fan Wu paper? That was the "proof" upon which everything rested: the PCR test, the sequence, and covid itself. The paper is anti-scientific. Absolutely ridiculous. Ebear wants there to be a SARS-CoV-2 virus so that he can claim malfeasance by the American government. Believe me, I've spent an academic career documenting the malfeasance of the American Empire and its partners. I don't like specious arguments. Here is the argument that ebear is proposing: there must have been a virus because, otherwise, I wouldn't be able to accuse the American government of successfully funding gain-of-function research. That's not logical. The American government certainly funded GOF research; that doesn't mean that they successfully developed a GOF virus, let alone a virus capable of causing a pandemic. Just to put an end to this: I won't respond unless you prove to me that the Fan Wu paper is scientifically valid. If there was no virus proven to exist, the question of the success or failure of GOF research is irrelevant.

I encourage readers to consider the Castle Keep Theory. It's called that because of the defensive nature of castles, which typically had a moat with a drawbridge (first line of defence) an outer and inner wall (second line of defence after the first has been breached) and finally the Keep, which is a defensive stronghold in the event the second line is breached and is often equipped with an escape tunnel.

Now apply that theory to official narratives.

SARS Cv2 is:

1. a natural virus which jumped species in a Chinese wet market.

2. a natural virus that escaped from a research facility in Wuhan.

3. a bio-warfare agent being developed by the Chinese.

4. a bio-warfare agent being developed in conjunction with the US military.

5. a bio-warfare attack on China (and Iran) with the Wuhan lab set up as the fall guy.

When contemplating the possibility of #5 recall the number of serious outbreaks in China, not just of human pathogens but of plants and animals, some of which caused enormous damage to China's pork and poultry industry. Then ask yourself why similar outbreaks haven't occurred in places with similar conditions, such as Indonesia, India, The Philippines and so on. Why is it always China?

Following Castle Keep Theory, steps 1 through 3 are attempts at damage control as more information leaked out, while 4 is what you'd call a 'limited hangout' and 5 is the part they really don't want you to know about.

I have my own theory on what's being done in bio-research funded by familiar billionaires: Life extension. To achieve this, one approach is to learn how to control apoptosis, for which you'd need a technology similar to mRNA therapy.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apoptosis

You'd also want a way to grow human organs ex-vivo for implant, and again control of the immune system is critical for avoiding transplant rejection. Recall how quickly Steve Jobs got his liver transplant, then consider the hurdles involved, even if you are a billionaire.

https://slate.com/technology/2011/01/steve-jobs-liver-transplant-did-he-game-the-system.html

This doesn't account for what are probably thousands of illegal transplants per year taken from unwilling donors, among them possibly missing children. So much easier if you could use technology to achieve the same effect.

Investigators I trust have pointed out that there are inserts in the Sars-Cov2 virus that couldn't possibly occur in nature as well as repeating sections that suggest the use of CRISPR technology in their manufacture.

There's also circumstantial evidence that the virus was introduced via the military games that took place in Wuhan in October 2019 where several athletes reported symptoms that resemble Sars-Cov2 infection.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_Military_World_Games

As with everything I can't do myself, I have to rely on others who hopefully provide good information, so I would never state anything categorically as fact, but following the evidence does seem to suggest an intentional release. There's also anecdotal evidence to suggest the virus first emerged in August in the USA, which could have been a test run or an accidental release.

Facts are sometimes hard to nail down, so we proceed with caution and a skeptical eye, especially when dealing with such controversial issues.

FWIW, I feel Ron Unz's analysis is probably close to the truth, if not directly over the target.

In case anyone hasn't read this already, here is the sensible response to CV19 recommended by over 900K physicians and clinicians back on October 5, 2020.

https://gbdeclaration.org

And here's a paper published by John Ioannidis on Oct. 16 2020 which gives an early estimate of the IFR (infection fatality rate) which supports the Great Barrington Declaration's recommended protocols for dealing with the pandemic.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33716331/

What's important to note is that the actual deaths from CV19 occurred mostly among the elderly or people with compromised immune systems or other comorbidities. Normally healthy people could expect to experience something similar to a flu infection with similar symptoms and recovery time, shortened if treated with HCQ (Hydroxychloroquine) + vitamin D, OR as became apparent later, IVM (ivermectin) + vitamin D. Used as an early treatment, that is with 72 hrs of first symptoms, both these drugs prevented hospitalization by about 70%, data confirmed by jurisdictions using either drug, which included Uttar Pradesh state in India, Lima Peru, and several small nations who issued both HCQ and IVM in medical kits because they were late receiving the vaccines they'd been promised. In the case of IVM, I know it works because both my wide and I were treated with it and fully recovered in about a week.

I won't go into the disgraceful behaviour of large segments of the medical community who bent to the will of captive regulators to the sole advantage of Big Pharma, nor will I mention the origin of the virus, except to say I don't believe it came from a lab in Wuhan. These things are discussed elsewhere, I just wanted to point out that on the preliminary data alone, there was never any indication that the draconian measures taken, which harmed so many people, were EVER justified. People succumbed to fear monger by the authorities, and in the absence of honest journalism (another captured profession) one of the worst travesties in medical history was perpetrated and is STILL ongoing.

So to see this finally acknowledged by the highest court is in my opinion a day late and a dollar short. None of this should every have happened, and the criminal behaviour it involved is yet to be addressed and probably never will be. So small comfort really. What it really means is that the government can do whatever it wants, and the court will only correct their mistakes or malfeasance long after the damage is done.

One point that still sticks in my craw. Throughout the entire fiasco I watched the daily pronouncements of Bonnie Henry and Theresa Tam. I won't call them doctors because neither of them deserve it. Why do I say that? Because it is very well established in the medical literature that Vitamin D and Zinc play essential roles in our immune system, AND that most people in North America are deficient in both. So why were neither of them recommending their use? Not once did I hear either of them mention this very simple and effective preventive measure that I'm certain would have saved at least some lives while giving others a much better path to recovery.

Thank you for writing the truth. I “woke up” during the pandemic to just how corrupt our healthcare system and politicians are. Unfortunately, during this process, I have found it hard to actually get a good nights sleep as this knowledge, once seen can not be unseen. I think a good portion of people realize this and choose ignorance as a coping strategy. It’s a hard pill to swallow when you acknowledge that the healthcare system and your own govt cares more about keeping you sick and killing you through untested genetic injections, drugs, incorrect treatments, refusal to treat, and finally offering more and more people MAID service. It is one of the leading causes of death in Canada, a country that is leading the world in assisted suicide.

Thank you. A further travesty which I don't often see mentioned is that the mRNA technology used in the "vaccines" actually holds a lot of promise, especially for treatment of genetic abnormalities. The problem is, Big Pharma rushed to take advantage of a profit opportunity over all other considerations (nothing new), first of which is that the technology is still in its infancy and should never have been used in patient treatment. Now the very term mRNA is toxic and this will probably discourage further research in that area. Worse, this has cast a pall over ALL vaccines, some of which have definite proven benefit.

So it's a baby/bathwater situation. Confidence has been destroyed, and it's really hard to come back from that.

I disagree. I have thoroughly researched ALL vaccines. None are helpful or required. None help thrive. Cognitive dissonance for so many because we have programmed to believe that vaccines can be “safe & effective”. They can’t. They aren’t. It’s 2 things: Remembering what your body can do & being willing to let go of programming. Freedom in the other side.

Technology doesn’t belong in our body.

Expand full comment
ebear's avatar

"Technology doesn’t belong in our body."

What about pacemakers or artificial joints? Heart valves? How about dental implants? I have two.

Bearing in mind that mRNA and also viral vectored DNA (Sputnik II) are not vaccines as strictly defined, what is the rational behind the belief that conventional vaccines are not necessary? Look at the recent outbreak in Measles. Are you saying that vaccines have absolutely no benefit?

When we encounter a pathogen the body responds by doing exactly what it does when encountering a vaccine administered antigen. Antibodies are formed and the encounter is recorded in memory B cells for quick response should the pathogen be encountered again. The only difference is that the antigens in the vaccine are disabled and can't cause an infection.

I don't see a problem with this approach. Problems can arise from the adjuvant used, but that's a separate issue from whether the theory works or not. I'd like to see the literature you've been reading on the subject as I've done my own research and my conclusions are that vaccines are indeed overused, just as antibiotics are overprescribed, but there's a lot of evidence to support that the major vaccines in use do in fact work, a point proven by large scale clinical trials over many years.

If you've studies the subject you've probably encountered the term 'sterilizing.' A vaccine has to be sterilizing - that is to say, prevents infection by eliminating the pathogen. If it doesn't, then it won't prevent transmission and may contribute to the emergence of variants. The Flu vaccines are in this category. Measles vaccine OTOH is sterilizing. A lot depends on how quickly a virus mutates which is why respiratory viruses such as SARS-Cov2 are not good candidates for a vaccine.

In my opinion vaccines have been given a bad name not because they don't work but because they've been given a 'silver bullet' status they don't deserve. That's not to say they aren't effective in specific applications. The main issue, I believe, is not whether they work or not, but that they're seen as a major profit opportunity by Big Pharma, which distorts the cost-benefit calculation that should be applied to all medical interventions.

Nothing is 100%. Everything we do in life carries some degree of risk. We can mitigate some of those risks, but we have to be aware that in doing so we might be creating new ones. That's the problem as I see it. Not that vaccines (and other therapies) don't work, but that they aren't being evaluated properly, which has more to do with corporate greed and 'shareholder value' than science.

What troubled the Court of Appeal was that the ban was total, without any consideration of an exemption for peaceful assembly for outdoor political protest (para 69). If such an exemption had been considered and rejected on reasonable grounds the result would probably have been different. Exactly. Virtually all of them smoke cigarettes though. See Dr Brian Ardis’ work on CoVid 19. Nicotine attaches to the same receptors that the Spike protein (toxic part of the virus which is responsible for the severe inflammatory response) bind to. If nicotine is bound to these receptors then the spike cannot. Do you remember health officials telling people to stop smoking and now there is a real push to ban nicotine pouches. Health officials likely KNEW about the spike/nicotine receptor connection. Just as they knew about Ivermectin, but started a media campaign to discredit the Nobel Prize winning (off patent=cheap) safe drug and tell the public it was only a horse dewormer. The only way out was the “VACCINE” not safe, not effective (unless you couldn’t killing people and making them sick as effective) and not really a vaccine. Actually a genetic therapy with very little human testing with no long term safety data. Absolutely no one was allowed to dispute any of this because it was THE SCIENCE.
