The city of Waterloo, Ontario, is about to enact a bylaw that will allow officers to issue an offense notice and demand that the offending person leaves any city-owned or occupied premises if someone is "feeling harassed."
A trustee of property cannot remove the beneficiary of the trust from said property. These councils, whether they like it or not are our trustees of our jointly owned public property.
No one, NO ONE, has the RIGHT to not be offended! That right, until now (in aptly named Waterloo), has never existed, except perhaps in Nazi Germany.
I doubt very much that the mental midgets supposedly representing the Waterloo citizens have any power to enact the RIGHT TO NOT BE OFFENDED, and hopefully, if Canada has a modicum of democracy left, that will be vindicated in court.
However... with our crime minister and all his toadies, including particularly our military, applauding nazi war criminals - in our House of Commons, no less - anything is now possible.
There goes free speech,
A trustee of property cannot remove the beneficiary of the trust from said property. These councils, whether they like it or not are our trustees of our jointly owned public property.
Can we all file complaints Trudeau and clowns harassed all the unvaccinated and they remove him.
Waterloo, eh? Some irony there I'm sure.
Come and see the violence inherent in the system! Help help, I'm being harassed!
And Jesus wept!
