A trustee of property cannot remove the beneficiary of the trust from said property. These councils, whether they like it or not are our trustees of our jointly owned public property.

No one, NO ONE, has the RIGHT to not be offended! That right, until now (in aptly named Waterloo), has never existed, except perhaps in Nazi Germany.

I doubt very much that the mental midgets supposedly representing the Waterloo citizens have any power to enact the RIGHT TO NOT BE OFFENDED, and hopefully, if Canada has a modicum of democracy left, that will be vindicated in court.

However... with our crime minister and all his toadies, including particularly our military, applauding nazi war criminals - in our House of Commons, no less - anything is now possible.

And Jesus wept!
