Gosh, I hope our brave and beloved Canadian Military personnel keep fighting and get the justice they deserve as well!!! I was forced to resign from a non-profit in Ontario. Settled and got severance but I’m still picking up the pieces.

Something tells me even if they, for example, cited evidence for the vaccines being "gene therapies" (which they are as evidenced by Moderna itself describing them as such so not sure why this wasn't stipulated in the lawsuit. It's straight from the horses mouth. mRNA are gene therapies) the judge would have ignored it or found something else to ignore or dismiss.
