Members of Teamsters Local Union No. 31 in Prince George, B.C filed several grievances against Purolator over its Covid-19 vaccination policy on January 10, 2022. The ruling states that there were "a number of employees in the union's bargaining unit that elected not to be vaccinated" and that all "the grievances complained that the grievors were improperly terminated or placed on involuntary unpaid leaves of absence." The affected individuals included hourly paid workers and owner-operators.
Finally a decision in favour of medical freedom. I'm sure Purolator will appeal, but the initial decision is wonderful to see. Unfortunately I don't have much hope in the socialist/soviet courts in this country.
Well done for these employees! Now if BC could ride ourselves of Eby & Henry along with Bill 36 & C19 Mandates in our Health Care System for their Employees? There is an exodus flocking out of Canada and to other Provinces. BC & NS have the worse health care system in Canada!!!
This is wonderful but the ruling is still based on the alleged effectiveness of the injection, not the fundamental point that you should have a natural right to reject a medical intervention while not lose your career/job.

Yay!
Good, our body our choice as the Libs would say.
