Arbitrator Jasbir Parmar has ruled that two hospital employees who were terminated by Humber River Hospital in Toronto for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine were wrongfully terminated. It was the employees union who stepped in to defend the two part-time clerical employees Stacy Hughes and Marisol Sanchez.
I'm quite shocked that their Union stepped in! Unlike BC & other provinces, where the Unions did absolutely nothing for their members! The Unions played along with the health authorities and left their members out to dry.
I hope justice prevails for the thousands of fired workers. This vaccine was neither safe, nor effective. The fired ones are still the winners, they will have their good health , unlike the rest of us who are jabbed 😞

Nice precedent, which needs to be applied to the 7,000 BC Health workers terminated.
