Watch: Brian Peckford the last living signer of the Canadian Charter, called the National Citizen Inquiry “unethical” and “seriously flawed.”

A video of Peckford's statement was played during an event dubbed The Great Canadian Awakening Conference in Whitby, Ontario on Friday evening.

Peckford also called the Rouleau Commission and the Alberta Inquiry "seriously flawed."
