Interestingly though they mention I can ask for a fee waiver if the fee would cause financial hardship or if dissemination of the record will benefit public health and safety.
I replied and asked for a fee waiver on both of those basis.
I will keep you updated on what happens.
I came across a pdf report that was submitted to a liberal party member of parliament. The report was prepared by an "independent researcher" in June 2022.
