Ontario Superior Court rules in favor of a father's right to submit expert evidence during trial that contradicts the pharmaceutical companies', government's, MSM and public health on jab safety

The Ontario Superior Court has ruled in favor of a father's right to submit expert evidence during trial that contradicts the pharmaceutical companies', government's, mainstream media and public health's narrative regarding Covid-19 vaccine safety.

The father is in a court battle with his ex fighting to stop his three young children from being vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine.

The Ontario Superior Court Justice R.T. Bennett handed down a 67 page decision dismissing the mothers motion and allowing the father to submit “expert evidence” during trial.

The "expert evidence" the father wants to submit contradicts the pharmaceutical companies, government, mainstream media, and public health narrative about vaccine safety and effectiveness.

According to the judge, the court has no evidence of the safety of the Covid-19 vaccines because they are new and the long-term effects are unknown.

Justice Bennett says the government and public health have not always got things right when it comes to drugs and safety. 

Using Thalidomide as an example, Bennett illustrates how it was advertised as safe, but later resulted in deformed children.  

The judges final remarks cite the Charter of Rights in ensuring the father has a right to a fair trial and rules that the case will move forward to a trial.
