Ontario dad is appealing to the public for help with legal battle he faces with his ex over medical decision making and the Covid-19 vaccine.

Ontario dad is appealing to the public for help with legal battle he faces with his ex over medical decision making.

Chris Daley is an Ottawa dad who is in a court battle with his ex. His ex has recently become a lawyer.

The courts granted Daley 45/55 custody and sole medical decision making authority over their 8-year-old daughter in 2019.

In 2021, his ex took him to court again in an attempt to change that so she could get the child poked.

Ultimately, Justice Hackland sided with Daley in a victory ruling and allowed him to remain the sole health care decision maker.

A new court case has been brought against Daley by his ex seeking to overturn Justice Hacklands 2022 decision. Her request is for 100% custody and sole medical decision-making authority over their 8-year-old daughter.

Chris says he is not only fighting for his daughter, but he has set a precedent with this case and is also fighting to maintain that.

He has incurred thousands of dollars in legal fees and will continue to face more legal fees going forward.

He is asking people to consider donating at the link provided below to help with those legal fees.
