Ontario Court Dismisses Jordan Peterson’s Judicial Review, Sides with CPO on His Need for Social Media Retraining, and Orders Him to Pay $25,000.
Jordan Peterson, a Canadian clinical psychologist and author, lost his bid for a judicial review in an Ontario court.
Peterson's judicial review challenge stemmed from an order issued by the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) in November 2022, compelling him to participate in a “specified continuing education or remedial program.” This order resulted from public complaints about Peterson, who expressed opposing views online, including “transgender questions, racism, overpopulation, and the response to COVID-19.”
Taking his case to an Ontario court, Peterson sought to contest the CPO's order. However, the verdict delivered today ruled in favor of the CPO's decision, resulting in the judge upholding their stance. In addition to this outcome, Peterson has been ordered to pay $25,000 in legal costs.

Our entire judicial system is corrupted with liberal appointed judges.
His response should be that the court is recognized as moot because it serves a political agenda and not the constitutional values established in the Canadian Charter.
