Judge tosses major constitutional challenge filed by Rocco Galati against Justin Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland, Theresa Tam and many others.
The constitutional challenge which was filed back in May 2022, listed approximately 600 plaintiffs.
Those plaintiffs included current or former employees of the Government of Canada, federal Crown corporations, and federally-regulated businesses or organizations.
The court filing was in relation to “Covid-19 vaccine policy,” and various other claims including, “allegations of constitutional invalidity and criminal culpability, broad assertions of scientific knowledge regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, and a claim that some of the public health measures instituted by the Government of Canada amounted to crimes against humanity.”
According to court documents the plaintiffs sought 9 pages of remedies.
The judge dismissed the case citing a lack of evidence submitted by the plaintiffs supporting the claims made in the lawsuit and the fact that the employees had not sought all remedies through their unions.

The Justice system is corrupt. Citing lack of evidence is a sham as the lawsuit against travel mandates in the Federal Court clearly shows the government had no science to back up mandates to stop unvaccinated from traveling on planes and trains. It was all political and even the top experts including epidemiologist of PHAC Howard NJoo stated mandates were ineffective therefore the Courts are ignoring evidence already submitted and in the case studies and these experts stated this as far back as Oct 2021 before the travel vaccine mandates were finalized.
We need the justice system investigated and massive lawsuit against them.. They are fraudulent and find out who enriches many. It is the same virus and same vaccine worldwide therefore we have a major problem when one arbitrator or judge rules against vaccine mandates and others say they are legal. Now you have Kieran Moore CMOH of Ontario saying well we didnt say to fire people unvaccinated. We said to put in accommodations for the unvaccinated. We'll that's funny as he has now incriminated the Ontario Human Rights commission who clearly stated the unvaccinated were not entitled to accomodation and did you see Ford and Kieran Moore blast the Federal government for fraud of the vaccine travel mandates. The noose is on the governments necks and they are now going to blame corporations for vaccine mandates and passports. The deaths by the vaccine are mounting and they can't hide it and Health Canada in FOI stated they never pushed vaccine mandates either. Get ready to watch finger pointing and trying to absolve of criminal negligence. They try to say covid causes myocarditis or that deaths to young healthy was due to unknown heart issues but they never tested kids who had covid for myocarditis nor any adults including those with family history of heart disease before they pushed the vaccines on them especially 12 to 19 year olds faced with vaccine mandates or no participation in sports or going to movies or travel on planes. This needs highlighting in Court lawsuits. If covid caused myocarditis then anyone who tested positive for covid should have been tested for myocarditis before getting the vaccines. They did not but literally criminally forced them with vaccine mandates. They denied natural immunity by infection and refused health exemptions to those who had covid. The criminal negligence is huge. Novak Djokovic refused entry last year to Australia for the Australian Open and from the USA open proves they denied natural immunity by natural infection and did thry test Novak for myocarditis before trying to push the vaccine on him with vaccine mandates? I think we know the answer. Novak Djokovic is healthy and fit to play anywhere in the world. The tennis world should be ashamed of themselves. They are all cowards. They dont defend Novak. The same cowards in the courts in Canada including tribunals.
