Court acquits woman on all charges during invocation of the Emergencies Act.
The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms has announced that on March 23, 2023, the Ontario Court of Justice acquitted Christine DeCaire of all charges related to the invocation of the Emergencies Act during the Freedom Convoy 2022 protest in Ottawa.
DeCaire was accused of mischief, obstructing or resisting an officer in the execution of their duties, and disobeying a lawful order while standing on Nicholas Street in Ottawa during the invocation of the Emergency Act.
The JCCF explains that DeCaire and many others were denied the right to speak with a lawyer during their arrests, which violates the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
Additionally, the Judge presiding over the case determined that “evidence presented by the Crown against Christine failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the allegations of obstruction and mischief pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada.”
Emergencies Act
IS where they get to relocate us into their 15 min cities and it would appear that N Canada you know around the areas of Hay River and Yellowknife (both in BC) are the regions considered most livable in the near future when we have all that global climate change / crisis after crisis occurring, the they will 'rebuild' and 'rewild' and move everyone to their new abode in a 15 min city and feed them lab food.
