Canadian Frontline Nurse found guilty & fined $10k for attending Easter Sunday church service
Kristen Nagel, a former neo-natal nurse and founding member of the Canadian Frontline Nurses, was recently convicted of defying Doug Fords Reopening Ontario Act and attending a Church of God Easter Sunday service back in 2021.
As a result of attending a church service in Aylmer, Ontario, during government-imposed lockdowns and restrictions, Nagel was solely charged and fined $10,000. Nagels GiveSendGo page indicates that she is facing several other fines and charges.
She is seeking donations to help with her legal fees. Nagle wrote on her fundraising page that on Sept. 22, she “stood in my own private capacity as a woman” and was convicted after a trial.”
According to Nagel, she intends to appeal the conviction and fine.
