Calgary judge rejects wrongful dismissal lawsuit of a hotel server who lost her job over the company's Covid-19 vaccine policy.
In Calgary, Alberta, Justice Laura Burt has ruled in favor of Glenmore Inn Holdings Ltd.'s Covid-19 vaccine policy and against the applicant, Constance Van Hee, a hotel server who was placed on unpaid leave.
Justice Laura Burt concluded that "The law, applied to the facts of this case, supports the conclusion that the Policy was a reasonable, justified, and lawful response by the Defendant to the extraordinary circumstances of the Pandemic in 2021. Placing the Plaintiff on unpaid leave balanced the Defendant’s business interests, statutory and contractual obligations, the rights of its employees to a safe work environment, and the safety concerns of its customers, while ensuring that individuals like the Plaintiff could refuse to get vaccinated without termination of employment and instead, choose an unpaid leave of absence."

So sad. Even in Alberta, another judge thinks she's a virologist, instead of applying the Law—The Charter of Rights & Freedoms, particularly Section 7.
You see the big issue here - if they apply the Law to the "extraordinary circumstances of the Pandemic" there is no way to win these cases. It doesn't matter that the clot shots are anything but safe & effective because the judicial system is still applying the law to manipulated healthcare data & fraudulent modeling. We now know that there never was a pandemic, but court proceedings will still be judged as if there was a public health emergency. Remember Trudeau saying "we know we're trampling on your rights, but we're going to do it anyway"?
