BREAKING: NDP maintains control with a win in the Elmwood–Transcona by-election
NDP candidate Leila Dance secured the Winnipeg-area riding with 48.8% of the vote, while Conservative candidate Colin Reynolds followed with 43.4%. Liberal candidate Ian MacIntyre came in third, receiving 4.8% of the vote.
