A store selling hard drugs like meth, heroin, and cocaine opens in Canada.

A man named Jerry Martin has opened The Drugs Store in Vancouver, which is the only known store in Canada and the US that sells heroin, cocaine, meth, MDMA, and other drugs.

British Columbia recently begun a three-year drug decriminalization pilot project for possession of small amounts of opioids, cocaine, meth, and MDMA, but selling remains illegal.

Martin’s drug store would therefore be illegal, and he tells Vice News that if arrested, he plans to launch a constitutional challenge.
